Data Deletion
What RapidRoster stores about you, how it goes away on its own, and how to have it deleted sooner.
There Are No User Accounts
RapidRoster has no public sign-up and no user profiles — on the website or in the Android app. There is no account to close and no profile to delete, because we never created one for you.
The site does have a private administrative portal used only by RapidRoster's own operator to monitor service health. It is not available to the public and holds no information about visitors.
Data on Your Device — Delete It Yourself
Your saved list of warrants, cases, and counties, together with your acceptance of the terms, is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. We never receive it. To erase it:
- Clear the data: Android Settings → Apps → RapidRoster → Storage → Clear data.
- Or uninstall the app, which removes it entirely.
This data is excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, so no copy remains once it is cleared.
Data on Our Servers — Deleted Automatically
The only records we keep that relate to you are operational:
- Search activity — the query text, filters, result count, IP address, user-agent, and timestamp for each search. Automatically deleted after 90 days by a scheduled job.
- Web server access logs — rotated daily and deleted after 14 days.
Both expire on their own with no action from you. Website analytics data held by Google is governed by Google's own retention settings — see the Privacy Policy for how to opt out of analytics entirely.
Requesting Earlier Deletion
To have your search activity removed before the 90-day window elapses, email admin@rapidroster.dev with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Because we hold no identity information, the only key that ties activity to you is the IP address you were using, so include it along with the approximate dates. We will delete the matching entries and confirm when it is done, normally within 30 days.
Note that we cannot verify who holds a given IP address, and addresses are often shared or reassigned. We will delete what matches what you give us, but we cannot confirm that those entries were yours specifically.
