RapidRoster indexes public record data from official government repositories and law enforcement publications. Every source below is the original publisher — RapidRoster is an index of them, not a record holder. Where a state's records are not indexed, the reason is given rather than the state being left out.
Minnesota (MN) Indexed
Court Records
Hearing schedules are read from the daily court calendars published by the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Those calendars are generated from MNCIS, the state's case management system; records held in MNCIS and MCRO that the Judicial Branch does not publish on a calendar are not indexed here. Each of the ten judicial districts publishes its own counties' calendars; together they cover all 87.
Coverage: 87 counties, 334,712 indexed hearings.
Active Warrants
Warrant information is retrieved directly from active warrant publications hosted by individual County Sheriff's Offices. Each county below links to the office's own publication, which is the authoritative version:

Hearing schedules are read from Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (WCCA), the Wisconsin Court System's public case portal, which publishes circuit court calendars for all 72 counties.

Hearing schedules are read from Iowa Courts Online, the Iowa Judicial Branch docket search. Only the freely published docket information is indexed; records behind that system's paid subscription tier are not.

Florida has no single public statewide docket; each of the 67 Clerks of the Circuit Court publishes its own case portal, and each county indexed here links to that county's clerk.

Ohio has no statewide public case portal; each county Clerk of Courts publishes its own, and each county indexed here links to that county's clerk.

Michigan has no statewide public case portal; each circuit and district court publishes its own case search, and each county indexed here links to the court that publishes it.

North Carolina (NC) Indexed
Court Records
Hearing schedules are read from the civil and criminal calendars the North Carolina Judicial Branch publishes for every county, one file per court session. Both District and Superior Court calendars are indexed. eCourts completed its rollout to all 100 counties in October 2025.
Coverage: 100 counties, 534,533 indexed hearings.
South Dakota (SD) Cases not indexed
Why South Dakota case records are not indexed: The South Dakota Unified Judicial System charges a fee for every name search of its public records system, so South Dakota case records are not freely published and RapidRoster does not index them. Search the UJS record system directly, or contact the Clerk of Courts for the county.
Nebraska (NE) Cases not indexed
Why Nebraska case records are not indexed: The Nebraska Judicial Branch charges for access to its JUSTICE case search, through an annual subscription plus a per-case viewing fee, so Nebraska case records are not freely published and RapidRoster does not index them. Search JUSTICE directly, or contact the Clerk of the District Court for the county.
