Louisiana's Public Records Law (La. R.S. 44:1 et seq.) opens sheriffs' warrant lists to any person without a purpose test. A warrant is an allegation, not a conviction, and may have been served, recalled or quashed since publication — verify with the issuing court or sheriff. Date of birth and home address are not shown; persons under 18 are excluded; a warrant that leaves the sheriff's list is removed here rather than archived (La. R.S. 14:133.7). Removal and correction are always free. Read more on the Data Sources page.
